Mastur was founded by Silfá Huld Bjarmadóttir and Elvar Stefánsson in collaboration with Micro. The company is backed by a team with extensive experience in the Icelandic seafood industry, including expertise in sales, development, and operations of technical solutions for fish processing.

Mastur’s operations include service and maintenance of fish processing equipment, the sale of spare parts, and the continued development of processing solutions, with a strong focus on reliability, quality, and fast service.

The company has already commenced operations and has successfully completed delivery of its first customer orders. Further projects and deliveries are currently underway in the coming months.

At the same time, Mastur is building a strong service network and strengthening relationships with customers and partners both domestically and internationally.

The Board of Directors consists of Magnús Rúnar Guðmundsson (Chairman), Silfá Huld Bjarmadóttir, and Gunnar Óli Sölvason. Elvar Stefánsson serves as Chief Executive Officer.
